I studied Osteopathy in Australia qualifying with a double degree Bachelor and Masters of Osteopathy in 2011. After practicing in two busy multi-disciplinary family health clinics in Melbourne I moved to London, UK to study a post-graduate diploma in paediatric osteopathy at the renowned Osteopathic Centre for Children. It was there that I grew exponentially as a practitioner as I was mentored weekly for 2-3 years working predominantly with children with special needs (including those with syndromes, learning and behavioural disorders and other developmental concerns).

In the UK I opened my own small practice, while working at an array of other practices, including one on Harley Street. In 2019, I decided to move to Toronto to practice at Footprints Therapy, a well established paediatric practice. I now practice at an integrative health clinic in downtown Toronto – Longev Clinic – and a multidisciplinary clinic in midtown (Yonge & Eglinton) – Acutoronto.

As a practitioner, I love to support families in their healthcare and I am passionate about giving children the best start to life, including wellbeing and health strategies that will see them into adulthood. I also love to support adults in their pursuit of optimal body, mind and spirit health and wellbeing.

In 2022, I launched an online education company after completing my Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator course. Grow Courses is currently running a course for birth preparation and newborn care. It is my wish to extend this education to other aspects of family health care. My YouTube channel has free short exercise videos following pregnancy and post-partum week by week.

In 2023, I extended my collaboration with Longev Clinic to include birth education and postpartum workshops, both in person and online.

When I am not practicing, running my businesses, and keeping up with professional development, I take ballet classes at Joy of Dance in Toronto. I also love to watch dance, theatre and music performances. I had a short feature as a practitioner in the 2023 documentary film Swan Song about the National Ballet of Canada’s production of Swan Lake, under the direction of Karen Kain.

Yoga and meditation keep me engaged in life and have helped me a lot on my own healing journey. I maintain a vegan and gluten free diet, feel free to ask me for tips! Travelling is also a big part of my life, and I love to immerse myself in other cultures. I’ve lived in 3 different countries and I am happy to call Canada home.
